Is there any tricks you use when vaccinating?
Yes, when I vaccinate for Pox I mix half a dose of Pox dry serum with the dilutant. The recipe is 1/2 Pox dry serum to one vial of dilutant, add sterile water to fill the bottle. When I inject the vaccine, I fill an insulin syringe and inject under the first layer of skin at the base of the breast. I inject just enough to form a small bubble under the base of the skin.
